How long does a custom order take?
Most orders are ready in 3–7 business days after you approve your design preview. Need it sooner? Tell us your date and we’ll do our best.
Will I see my design before you make it?
Yes! We always send a free digital preview first, and we make small changes until you love it.
Do you do bulk orders?
Absolutely — party favors, school events, teams, bridal parties and small business merch. Ask us for a bulk price.
How do I care for my glass cup?
